_DSC3034The Wireless Health 2015 Conference provides the highest profile scientific and industrial research forum for the Wireless Health field. Show Information

Each Exhibit space includes:

  • One 6ft (2m) draped banquet table and chairs
  • Electricity
  • Wireless Internet connectivity
  • Exhibitor Listing in the Wireless Health 2015 Program and website

Cost:

$1,500 for two tickets + exhibit table
$1,000 for one ticket + exhibit table

Exhibit Restrictions:

Exhibitors may bring small pop-up banner stands to place on the floor near their table top.  Banner stands should not exceed widths of 4ft.  Full sized tradeshow booths cannot be accommodated.

Exhibit Location:

The exhibits will be located in the Atrium of the Natcher Conference Center.  Upon arrival and registration at the conference, exhibitors will be guided to their exhibit space by registration staff.

The Exhibits will share space with Poster Sessions.  The Exhibit and Poster hall will serve as the location for all breaks and will be the focal point of the Thursday evening reception at the 2015 Conference.

Exhibit Hours:

Setup:  October 15, 7:30AM – 9:00AM

Exhibit Area Open for Viewing:  October 15,  7:30AM – 7:30PM &  October 16,  7:30AM – 3:00PM

Dedicated Exhibit Hours during Evening Reception:  October 15,  5:30PM – 7:00PM

Please note that exhibits will not be open during the pre-conference sessions on October 14.

Recommended Staffing:

Exhibit spaces should be staffed during the Thursday evening reception beginning at 5:30pmExhibitors are not required to staff their space during the day when most attendees will be in the conference sessions, but are encouraged to leave literature available for attendees to pick up during breaks and lunch.  Valuables should not be left unattended.
